Later. Therapy went well. Part of it currently is learning to tell time. She can just get the concept of a half .... she struggles with quarter, and struggles with "past" and "to". She's attentive and interested .... so she will understand eventually.Naomi is struggling with being sick as well.

Wow .... What wild weather! Its been a day for staying inside next to the fire. .... and this wild weather will be hitting South Australia in a few days.... coming on top of the REALLY Wild weather that they've already had.
The weather doesn't bother Kaylia fortunately. Thunder .... lightning .... she hardly notices it.
Naomi is on Skype as I write .... talking to Tom and CC. They had the usual treatment from Kaylia ... she runs in and has a look .... then she's off.
Today has been one of those days where I really notice her absence of imagination .... she's been needing us to keep her occupied all day. For a while now she has been able to occupy herself .... but not today.
10pm .... Its been very hard work to get her to sleep tonight .... The process began at 6 .... then she had a long period of pain upset ..... and after the 10pm wee run, I hope she sleeps. I'll tell you the result tomorrow.

She's had a big day today ..... Joe and Ellie ran her ragged with Whiteman Park, trip to Fremantle .... plus swimming! She was worn out at bedtime and there were lots of tears. She's asleep now and she can sleep in tomorrow.
She has therapy again in the morning.

Kaylia has therapy this morning.... we keep it up during the school holidays if at all possible. Kaylia loves therapy and lives the routine. A couple of days ago, she wanted "pictures" .... which is when she goes through all her favourite images and videos on the computer. In there there's a lot of videos of her early days of therapy and its always good to be reminded of just how far she has progressed.
