What a happy girl we have!   The problems become much less important when she is so happy.   We'll have to watch her bossy ways though.   She wants time with us at bedtime and insists that we turn the TV off and come upstairs ...... this is very understandable ...... and good ....... but we have to be careful that she doesn't learn that lesson too well!!

The projects are going well .... I wish I had more time at them.

The spa installation has passed a milestone .... the first main support post is concreted in and the others become easier with that one as a reference point.

Kaylia had a good time at the Friendship Club .... we'll do it again next week.

While Callum and I waited yesterday we visited the Army Museum nearby .....

This a real Centurion tank ..... I had a Dinky toy model of this when I was 9 years old.  It's always been a favourite of mine and to stand next to the real thing was quite special for me.

Kaylia is at "Friendship Club" right now ..... Callum and I are waiting close by in case she has problems but I'm fairly impressed by the staff ..... and Kaylia seemed happy .... so I don't expect any problems.

It was a good weekend .... Kaylia spent lots of time in the pool.   Apart from what appeared to be a bout of tooth ache, she was very happy.   Her "nag" changed from Dr Camacho .... or school .... to Friendship Club!   This starts on Wednesday few a few holiday sessions .... and she's rarin' to go!

It's a real shame that we have to squash the nagging..... she really wants to talk about it but she just can't get the idea of including a few extra words that would turn the nagging into a conversation.  The nagging just gets too much for us.

On the way home we had a special moment ..... it was time to bring out the jelly snakes..... and Kaylia reacted with great glee!  Much more than normal.

I've been off to collect 150 free bricks this morning..... for the side steps project.  The load was just about as much as the car could carry.

Stage 1 of the steps project is almost complete.  We have steps and paving from the house level to the bungalow level now.   The next stage is build steps up to the carport level.
