We were at the Mundaring Dome last night and we were greeted at the door by a very friendly Quenda.....

They're a delightful little creature.

Today Kaylia and I went for the first serious drive in the Landrover.  I'll add a map later ....

This is the track along the powerline..... it's a smooth part!  Kaylia was not impressed.

I was given a lesson about medication this week.....  for some reason I forgot to take my morning tablets for 3 days in a row.  When I realised what I'd done, I could really feel the difference.  Especially in pain....  I take a couple of pain control medicines each day and without them, I was really feeling much more pain.
