She's been to Lake Leschanaultia this morning .... and then when she got home, she immediately wanted to go to Bilgoman! It's a swimming day.
5pm She had a really good time at Bilgomen pool..... but she has been dobbed in...... she keeps on queue jumping the line for the diving board! This is one of the areas where she really needs the training in social behaviour.
It has been disappointing that since building the spa, it has had little use. I had thought the Kaylia would use it a lot. At the time that I built it, she was using the outdoor bath often......
So.... I thought I'd increase the interest factor of the spa. She often wants to look at photos of herself in "the ballpit on the ship"...... so I added balls to the spa...... then I added some soap...... Eh viola!
It's been raining steadily most of the day and now .... 5:30pm .... it's bucketing down! Kaylia has had the afternoon at Friendship Club in Fremantle. Today they had water-play .... and of course she loved it. Water has always been a constant source of pleasure for her .....
After tea she took herself off upstairs for a shower. The afternoon may have reminded her of the pleasure of water play as she then spent nearly 3 hours playing in the shower. This sounds like a great waste of water.... but it's not really. For her, this shower time involves sitting in a tiny stream of water.... stimming on the shape of the water. There's only a very small amount of water.
