Today has been another really special day for Kaylia..... she's been to the dentist! She loves it. No actual dental work was required...... the visit was a follow up appointment to check on progress with her jaw movement. She is still resisting movements so her speech is almost nonexistent.

An example of Kaylia's developing social awareness..... this morning as we were munching on the standard pancakes for breakfast, we discussed the days plan. Naomi mentioned that rather than the routine of trips to op shops, we will investigate the possible venues for her birthday party in two weeks time! ..... and of course we will have to test each one!
Kaylia thought it was hilarious and chuckled her head off.
