Now that a date has been set for having the wrist operation, I find myself questioning the need for it to be done! The voices say. "it's not that bad .... you can manage the pain". Then I recall all the physical actions I have learned to avoid .... push-up type movements, getting up off the floor, reclining ... these (plus many others) are actions which have been painful for 10 years or more.
(Uh oh ... I forgot to put the bins out and the truck has just been past!) .... there's another thing that causes problems.
5pm Day One is almost over! It's been a good day ..... swimming ... shopping .... the in the afternoon, a visit to the dentist!
Unfortunately the latest 4 molars that have popped up have emerged already damaged .... it means another session under general anesthetic for her. First for x-rays to see how bad they are ... then if they're fixable ... do so. It's not a biggie in dentistry but it cannot be done under local with an auty one. It probably wouldn't even need any local .... but it is impossible to get her to sit still ... let alone for her to allow the dentist to work......
..... so it's hospital on 22 June.
