Kaylia seems to be better ..... but I've caught the wog!  I was awake from 1am till I finally brought it all up at 5am.  Oooo it's bed for me today.

Kaylia and the mob are going to Lake Lesanaultia ..... Excuse the spelling .... I'm sick.

3pm. I now understand why Kaylia hasn't been happy!   In addition to the violent vomiting, the wog gives you lots of muscle pain and weakness.   I have stayed in bed all day and kept still .... so I hope it goes away quickly.
