At last!  The Landrover has passed its inspection and can be licensed.  It's taken two and a half years ....  but it's there.

This is the vehicle inspection officer.....  He's a very interesting man.... He did his training on Landrovers while in the British army and has spent 10 years working with George Adamson (of "Born Free" fame).  So he was very favourably disposed towards my unique project.

 I'm sitting in the licensing centre waiting for my turn to get plates.
