#2416 Monday 15th September

I've just bought a skipping rope ..... to work on health and fitness.  


I realised straight away that I had little idea about how to use it.  Youtube!  Sure enough there's a very good video about skipping for a beginner.

The first step is to bounce on my toes in time with music ..... and straight away I found that I will have to work at this first step!! Maybe stay on step one for a while!  My thighs can feel it straight away. 


Phew!  I haven't even got through one song!  A couple of bars of the music is enough for now.

.... but I can feel that it will be good for me .... and it's going to be addictive.
