Did I tell you that we're going to Bali tomorrow? We're not excited about it at all!
The first day in Bali is always horrible .... the change in routine is very hard on Kaylia and she is a mess for 24 hours. We still haven't found the secret to this .... This time we have a big chart with a countdown ..... each morning we show her the days to go and what we will be doing.
We also keep a record of each plane flight ... What we do and how it works. We have nearly got it right now .... we carry some serious medication in case she gets out of control but hopefully we won't need it. We shudder at the memory of some trips we've done in the past ....
Bedtime: it's been an interesting day ... It started with a big anxiety attack ... She then had a good day with Kat ....
Maybe it is anxiety about the coming change (trip)?
