It's time to sing the praises of Zoe and AJ !! Last night Naomi and I had a really good "night off" .... coffee at tthe Dome followed by a movie (the Bourne Legacy) .... the night was helped by the fact that the movie was top ..... we came away feeling as though we'd had a good break. .... and for a change Kaylia actually slept! Usually (when we go out) she refuses to sleep and waits till we get home .... but I think she feels so attached to Zoe that she felt able to sleep.

We have put in place a meal-preparation rota .... we each have one night a week where we take responsibility for preparing the evening meal .... and on the other two night we go to Nandos!
